Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for web interfaces, ensuring user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI/UX standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web UI/UX projects, including responsive and accessible designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end capabilities (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with motion design and animation tools.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and data-driven design approaches.
• Knowledge of design accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
